
2 cups I used leftover/pre-made grilled chicken, cut up
1 cup purple cabbage, diced
1 jalapeno, sliced
¼ cup scallions, chopped
2 cups mixed colored bell peppers, diced + pan-grilled
½ cup jicama, chopped
2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
2 tbsp paleo ranch dressing; I use Primal Kitchen
2 tbsp BBQ sauce; no sugar added
