2 tbsp gluten-free, low-sodium soy sauce
For the Sauce
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tsp ginger, minced
2 tsp maple syrup
¾ cup sunflower seed butter (to be allergen-friendly)
2 tbsp gluten-free, low-sodium soy sauce
½ tsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp rice vinegar
⅓ cup water, to thin out

Grill for 3-4 minutes/side, flipping once.

Meanwhile, prep the sauce by simply mixing all of the ingredients together in a small bowl + get ready to dip!
