This is a quick + healthy fish meal made with loads of flavor.

For the fish
 8 oz white fish filets
 4 tbsp Bragg's liquid aminos or low-sodium, gluten-free soy sauce
 4 tbsp raw honey, melted
 4 tbsp Sriracha sauce
 4 tbsp sesame seeds
 ½ tbsp sesame oil
For the detox salad
 11 oz bag of superfood slaw ingredients
 1 small green apple, diced
 2 tbsp scallions, chopped
 1 cup hydrated seaweed; I love using wakame that I simply soak in water, then drain, + pat down with paper towels
  cup avocado oil
 ½ lime, juiced
 2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
 1 tbsp brown rice vinegar
 1 garlic clove, minced
 1 tsp ginger, minced
 ½ tbsp sesame oil

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. In a small bowl, mix together the Bragg's, Sriracha, + honey with a bit of water to thin it out. Set aside. Place the sesame seeds in a bowl as well.

Use the sesame oil to grease a glass baking sheet. Dip each filet into the sauce, then coat with the sesame seeds, + set on the baking sheet.

Bake for 7-10 minutes. Meanwhile, chop the detox ingredients + mix the dressing ingredients in a medium bowl. Combine + get ready to serve!
