In a large bowl, mix together the cauliflower, flour, cheese, + baking powder. Stir.
Add in 3 eggs – mix well.
Using a ½ cup measuring cup, pack in the batter well. Flip over atop the lined baking sheet. Using your finger, place it in the center of the batter + make a circle to form a bagel shape.
In a separate bowl, scramble the remaining egg. Brush atop each bagel + sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.
Bake for 20-22 minutes or until golden brown.
