This is the most simple, classic recipe made in under 20 minutes! Lean, veggie-filled, + paleo-approved.

 1 lb pork tenderloin
 1 bunch of asparagus, ends trimmed
 1 yellow onion, peeled + thinly sliced
 ½ small bottle of low-sugar bbq sauce

Heat a dash of oil in a medium skillet over medium heat for 30 seconds. Add in the onion + lightly brown- roughly 7-8 minutes. Add in the pork + brown on both sides, then pour in the BBQ sauce- simmer for 8-10 minutes.

Meanwhile, either bake the asparagus on a baking sheet with a couple sprays of cooking oil at 350 degrees F for 10-12 minutes or heat a medium skillet over medium heat with a dash of oil + pan-grill for 8-10 minutes until tender; constantly moving them around.
