To make the sauce for the steak
- 4 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 lime, juiced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tsp agave nectar
Simply mix together in a small bowl and pour over 1 1/2 LBS of flank or skirt steak

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and bake the steak until your desired temperature. Then slice it up!
