What You Need:

  • 1 dozen chicken wings
  • dash of sea salt + pepper
  • 2 TB extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 TB butter or avocado butter spread; melted
  • 1 TB garlic, minced
  • 2 TB chopped parsley
  • 1/3 cup of grated parmesan cheese

To Make:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Combine the ingredients for the marinade (salt + pepper through parmesan) in a small bowl. Put the chicken wings in a Ziplock bag, pour the mixture over it, + shake. (see below)

Place them into a baking dish covered in tin foil.

Put them in the oven + bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through (depends on their size.)

Plate them + serve!
